  2. 2 First, download and print the application form. Complete the form neatly using a blue ballpoint pen and write in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  3. 3 After completing the application form, submit the duly filled form to the School Office.
  4. 4 All admission-related payments must be made at the School Office.

    Attach all required supporting documents with the application form, including:
    • Two passport-size photographs
    • Transfer Certificate (TC)
    • Other applicable documents
